Reminder: Connecticut’s Minimum Wage is Scheduled to Increase on Friday, July 1, 2022

Beginning on Friday, July 1, 2022, Connecticut’s minimum wage will increase from the current rate of $13.00 per hour to $14.00 per hour.

In 2019, Governor Lamont signed into law Public Act No. 19-4, which amended Conn. Gen. Stat. § 31-58 to include a schedule of several minimum wage increases over a five-year period.  On June 1, 2023, the minimum wage will increase again to $15.00.
