Nick represents private and public sector employers with respect to labor and employment law matters with a particular emphasis on collective bargaining, grievance and interest arbitration, wage and hour, municipal prohibited practice/unfair labor practice proceedings, discrimination claims, employee discipline, workers’ compensation and union avoidance.

He also has successfully represented management before the National Labor Relations Board, Connecticut State Board of Labor Relations, Connecticut State Board of Mediation and Arbitration, Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Review Board, Connecticut Unemployment Board of Review and Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.

Nick lives in West Hartford with my wife Maria where they both raised their two daughters, Camila and Melissa.

In addition to frequenting Citifield as often as possible, Nick attempts to visit at least one baseball stadium every season in an effort to see a game in all thirty-two stadiums.  He also enjoys traveling to other countries and coaching youth soccer, basketball and softball.
