Michael Addison represents and advises companies at various stages in their corporate life cycle. His experience includes advising startups and early stage companies on formation, capital raising, and corporate governance matters, as well as representing privately held companies in mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Michael also provides outside general counsel support to closely held businesses across a variety of industries, advising business owners and management on a wide range of commercial and organizational matters.

In addition to his general corporate transactional work with early stage and closely held businesses, Michael previously provided legal and regulatory advisory services to leading financial institutions, including compliance program support for global hedge funds.
