Frank Kanin represents employers in employment law and litigation including wage and hour, breach of contract, wrongful termination, discrimination, and sexual harassment matters.

Prior to joining Zangari Cohn Cuthbertson Duhl and Grello, Frank was an Assistant District Attorney for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston for eight years, where he investigated and prosecuted a range of criminal offenses. In that role he represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as sole counsel in more than fifty trials at the Superior and Municipal Court levels. During law school, he interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and participated in Georgetown Law’s immigration clinic, which provides representation to clients seeking asylum in the United States
