Zangari Cohn is growing again! The firm seeks two associates for its Connecticut offices in both the commercial and employment litigation practice group and the commercial and business law practices group.

    • Transactional associates take an active role in contract review, document drafting, client meetings, transaction structuring, and negotiations with opposing counsel.
    • Litigation associates take an active role in legal research and writing, responding to and arguing motions, discovery compliance, taking and defending depositions, preparing for and participating in administrative, state and federal hearings, and trials.

The ideal candidate will have 1 – 5 years of relevant experience for both positions, possess a strong work ethic, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
