Kyle McClain Elected Chair of CBA L&E Section
Kyle McClain, a shareholder of Zangari Cohn Cuthbertson Duhl & Grello P.C., was recently elected Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section for the 2023-2024 bar year. This will be Attorney McClain’s fourth year serving as an officer of the section, having previously served as Treasurer, Secretary, and Vice Chair. Attorney McClain has been an active member of the CBA for many years, having previously served on the executive committee of the Young Lawyers Section and received its prestigious Vanguard Award in 2021.
The Connecticut Bar Association, founded in 1875, is the preeminent organization for lawyers and the legal profession in Connecticut. With its 70+ sections and committees, the CBA produces over 400 programs each year, including the Connecticut Legal Conference. The CBA is a nonprofit member service organization dedicated to advancing the legal profession and the principles of law and justice.
The CBA’s Labor and Employment Law Section is comprised of practitioners who represent individuals, unions, employers and agencies, or serve as neutrals. The functions of the Section include studying and analyzing legal principles having particular significance to labor or employment law; providing leadership in matters of public importance affecting labor or employment law; educating through the publication of works of legal scholarship and presentation of the highest quality educational programs; promoting diversity within the labor and employment bar, and fostering collegial relations among the diverse practitioners within the section and between the section and other professions and disciplines.
