COVID-19: How Zangari Cohn is Responding
March 18, 2020: While COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on all of our lives and our businesses, we are still here for you. However, the “here” has changed, a bit.
This message is a brief update on what Zangari Cohn Cuthbertson Duhl & Grello is doing to meet the needs and maintain the safety of our clients and our work family during this unprecedented time.
- We remain open and working full time, with all attorneys and paralegals continuing to service your needs as before.
- We are working in a modified remote capacity to meet your needs while following the guidance of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
- We are limiting office attendance to 10 people or less, are reminding our employees about frequent hand washing, and are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our facilities and equipment.
- We are asking that meetings be limited, to the extent possible, to remote connections. That said, sometimes the business of law requires in person meetings to sign estate plans and original closing documents for example.
- If we meet in person, please understand that we still like you, even if we don’t shake your hand or greet you with a warm embrace.
Thank you for trusting us with your most important matters, and rest assured that we are still treating them with the high priority that they deserve and require. Should you have any questions pertaining to these unique situations, regarding decisions affecting your employees, contract issues, school law, or how this may affect your litigation and specific matters, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Stay safe and healthy!
